Pauline has worked in education for the last six years, four of which have been at Navitas and is responsible for the delivery of sales targets for the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. Pauline leads a robust student recruitment team working closely with the Regional Sales team on tactical strategy to mitigate risks and maximise opportunity, drive service delivery and implement student admissions systems. She also oversees the central marketing team, delivering visual and written content for all brands across recruitment markets.
